Victim was a bus monitor for young children when the school bus she was traveling in was struck by Reckless Driver on a highway. The impact caused the bus to flip onto its side and severely injured Victim. Victim required a shoulder replacement, hip replacement and suffered a cervical burst fracture among other injuries in the accident. Victim was 72 years old at the time of the accident.
