Patron attended a New Year’s Eve party at the Defendant tavern, was provided unlimited alcohol and became severely intoxicated. An alteration occurred between Patron and Bouncer resulting in Bouncer punching Patron twice in his face outside the tavern. Patron suffered facial fractures and was billed over $47,000 for his medical treatment. This case was settled after proceeding with mediation. Jim Coyne handled this case through settlement.
