Pedestrian was legally crossing a street within the crosswalk when he was struck by a hit and run driver and knocked unconscious. Pedestrian awoke in the hospital with little recollection of the accident. Luckily, Pedestrian survived the accident though he suffered a fractured clavicle, loss of consciousness, concussion, stitches, partially torn supraspinatus and mild deformity near clavicle. He incurred approximately $34,000 in medical bills but did not miss a single day of work.
